DO YOUR FAVORITES FIT ON ALL LENSES?
Yes practically. It is possible that the drug scrunchie does not scale very well with very small drinks or champagne flute type glasses. It is mainly designed to adapt perfectly to all types of glasses that you can find in clubs, bars and especially at festivals with "Ecocup" glasses.
DOES YOUR FAVORITE HAVE OTHER USES?
Yes absolutely, in addition to the fact that it is anti-intrusion by preventing drugs, your hair or anything from being introduced, it is also anti-rollover and will therefore allow you to dance, jump without problem when your evenings. And it's especially a style accessory when you wear it directly to your handle or on your hair.
WILL MY HAIR BE WET IF I PUT IT ON AFTER A PARTY?
No, they won't. The potentially wet cover will be introduced inside the scrunchie which is dry. Thanks to the concept of this scrunchie, only the dry side of the scrunchie will be in contact with your hair.
HOW TO WASH THE PROTECTYOURGLASS SCRUNCHIE?
If your darling is dirty, simply clean it with water with a little product and let it dry. If stains persist and do not go away, the idea of the washing machine may be an option! Be careful not to put it in the dryer afterwards because of its material.
I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCTS, CAN I GET A REFUND?
Absolutely, you have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any product that does not give you complete satisfaction.
You must print the withdrawal form, send it to us by email and return your items to the address indicated (a return number will be communicated to you before returning).
The return is made exclusively by post to our address and the return costs remain your responsibility communicated by email in return of your request. Upon receipt, your order will be fully refunded.

DO YOU ALSO SHIP ABROAD?
Currently we only ship to EUROPE.
HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING FEES ?
The delivery costs are 1€70 for all orders under 15€ euros in Metropolitan France. Shipping costs for orders over €15 are FREE.
For other countries the fees vary depending on the destination.
WHAT ARE THE PREPARATION AND SHIPPING TIMES?
Orders are shipped within 48 hours.
They are delivered between 2 to 5 days in mainland France. Lead times vary for European countries up to 2 weeks.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
After an order has been placed, it is sent as soon as possible to the LA POSTE delivery service from which your item will be shipped.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your package is shipped. You can then check the progress of the delivery on the website using the "Track my package" page or on the La Poste website using the code you will have received by email.
HOW TO ORDER ?
Simply choose your items and click the "ADD TO CART" button, repeat for each item, then go to your cart and follow the steps to complete your order until payment. We will prepare it and send you an order confirmation email.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards as well as payments via ApplePay. Checks and transfers are not accepted.
IS THE PAYMENT SECURED ?

I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT TO DO?
Have you received the shipping confirmation for your order? If your order has been shipped for more than 2 weeks, contact us with your order number, we will launch an investigation and get back to you within 48 hours.
I ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS AND ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER, IS THIS NORMAL?
No, that's actually not normal. Contact us via a contact form or at our email address: email@example.com, we will do our best to resolve this inconvenience.
I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We're sorry! Please contact us explaining the problem and attaching a photo for proof, we will do our best to find a solution.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR BENEFITING FROM THE "SATISFIED OR REFUNDED" GUARANTEE?
You must be within 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to be able to benefit from the "Satisfied or Refunded" guarantee, you must contact us before any return in order to follow the procedure indicated and the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
IN WHICH CASES I CANNOT BE REIMBURSED?
- If the product has been used and is therefore not resalable as is.
- If the shipment has not arrived at its destination due to an error in the delivery address indicated when ordering.
